1. CONTEST PERIOD: The UWTMobile Twitter contest begins at 08: 00 Eastern Savings Time (EST) on May 1st, 2013 and ends at 11 59 p.m. Eastern Savings Time (EST) on May 11, 2013. The link to the contest page will be tweeted 3 times a day.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open only to legal residents of the USA who are at least 18 years or older in their province/territory of residence on the date of entry. Every participant is limited to one account per person.
3. TO PLAY: You must register online at contest.blinkd.com (the link of the contest page will be tweeted, and follow UWTMobile on Twitter to win. If the previous conditions are not filled your application will be dismissed from the contest. YOU MUST REGISTER BY THE ABOVE REGISTRATION METHOD TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST.
This contest is not based on the amount of tweets from users. It is a random lottery within people who signed up and followed UWTMobile during the period of the contest.
UWTMobile is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible or lost applications. UWTMobile time clock is the official clock for this contest.
5. HOW TO WIN:
At the end of the contest period, a random selection will be done among the participants to elect 9 winners. Winners will be contacted by Twitter Direct Message to obtain mailing address, and will be required to successfully provide the information within two days after the Direct Message has been sent. All winners will be contacted within 2 days after the end of the contest.
6. PRIZE DETAILS/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES/ODDS:
Nine (9) prizes with an approximate retail value of $50 USD each are available to be won. The prize includes a UWTMobile Global SIM card with $10 call credit and a refurbished unlocked phone Motorola V180 with its battery and charger. Limit one (1) prize per person, per Twitter account, and per household. Winner must accept the prize as stated. Prize cannot be substituted, transferred or exchanged or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of UWTMobile, who reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and for any reason, to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value, including without limitation, a cash award. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize.
7. GENERAL: By participating, entrants who win a Prize consent to the use of their Twitter account name, first and last name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes related to the contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. UWTMobile reserves the right at it sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the contest or any related electronic system. In the event of an identity dispute, the entry will be considered made by the individual who can respond to a Direct Message on Twitter.
